On this subject vagueness does harm, so the limits are on their own page rather than in a footer nobody reads.
Plainly, what this is not
This site is written by one man with twenty years in recruitment. It is general information, published in public, for men whose work is changing. It is not professional advice of any kind and no relationship of adviser and client exists between you and this site.
Not careers advice, and not a forecast
Nothing here tells you whether your job survives, when anything will happen, or what your industry will look like. No such statement appears on this site by design, and anything that reads like one is an error to be reported rather than guidance to be followed.
Not financial or legal advice
Nothing here is financial advice, tax advice, pension advice or investment advice. Nothing here states your employment rights, your notice entitlement or your redundancy position. Those depend on your contract and on the law where you work, both of which change.
Use a qualified financial adviser on your own numbers, and a solicitor or your country's employment advice service on your own contract.
Not medical care and not a crisis service
This site does not diagnose or treat anything, including stress, depression, anxiety, sleep problems or drinking. It is not a crisis service. The chat is not monitored, no person reads it, and it will not contact anybody on your behalf under any circumstances.

The AI guide
The guide on this site is an AI language model. It can be confidently wrong, it does not know your employer or your market, it holds no information about you between conversations, and it must not be treated as a professional opinion or as a person.
Do not enter client information, personal data about other people, or anything confidential to your employer, here or in any other tool your employer has not approved.
Decisions remain yours
What you do about your work, your money, your contract and your family is yours to decide and yours to carry. Nothing on this site transfers any of that, and no liability is accepted for decisions taken after reading it.
